Our Services
Two Friends Coordinators is very flexible and willing to discuss other services not listed below. We customize our services based on your needs, desires, and budget. In general our services start at $600.
Below is a sample of the services we offer. We are happy to discuss other options and ideas to fit your needs and desires. We offer a free consultation meeting (in person or on the phone) to discuss how we can best serve you.
We serve Central and Eastern Massachusetts, Southern New Hampshire, and Rhode Island.
We always come prepared with a fully stocked Wedding Day Emergency Kit for all those things you thought you’d never need (aspirin, sewing kit, band-aids, glue, pins, hair spray, snacks, etc).
We can:

Logistics
|
- Act as the day of liaison/contact for your vendors, bridal party and guests
- Help you with your final itinerary/timeline
- Help you set up the ceremony and reception layout
- Offer etiquette advice
- Follow up with guests who did not RSVP
|

Ceremony
|
- Help facilitate the rehearsal run through
- Ensure you and your wedding party are comfortable, happy and that you have everything you need as you get ready (water, flowers, snacks, etc)
- Decorate ceremony with pew bows, arrangements, unity candle, huppah, etc.
- Make sure programs are passed out
- Ensure everyone has their bouquets, corsages, and boutonnières
- Make sure your marriage license is signed and given to the officiant
- Remove all decorations after the ceremony
- Coordinate photos and make sure those required for photos stay after the ceremony

Reception
|
- Decorate reception with lights, flower arrangements, candles, etc.
- Make sure centerpieces and other table decorations are correct
- Make sure place cards are in the right order and all guests find their seats
- Make sure the guest book/wish bowl/photo frame is in the right place and guests are signing it
- Make sure toasting glasses and cake serving set are in the proper place
- Make sure everything is running smoothly and on time
- Make sure gifts and cards are secure
- Make sure you get everything you want back at the end of the day

Vendors
|
- Make vendor referrals and compile quotes within your budget
- Confirm vendors the week before and make sure they know the right times and places to be
- Make sure your vendors arrive on time and set up in the proper spot
- Make sure your vendors stay on schedule
- Distribute final payments and gratuities
